The villas are very close to the best nightlife destinations of North Goa. Hill Top (where electronic music festivals are held) is a short walk away. Antares (Australian MasterChef Sarah Todd’s restaurant) are also close by. The India Bike Week’s venue is also a 10-minute walk away. The main Vagator beach is just a 10 minutes walk from the property. There are several restaurants en route to the beach as well.

Check in times
- The check – in and check – out timings are 14:00 hrs. / 11:00 hrs. respectively.
- Late check – out and early check – in are subject to availability and on additional charge.
- Early Check-in 6:00 am are billed from the previous night
- Before 06:00 hrs. shall be charged 100% of the applicable rate.
- Between 06:00 – 10:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of the applicable rate.
- Between 10:00 – 14:00 hrs. without any charges but room subject to availability.

- Cancellation 15 Days To 07 Days prior shall draw 75% retention
- Cancellation 07 Days To date of arrival prior shall draw 100% retention
- Cancellation Policy for Long Weekends High Peak Season period (20/12 – 10/01) will be Non-refundable bookings.
- Any cancellation (for whatever reason) must be in writing. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive written notification. Full refund will be allowed to cancellations that have been made 3 months or more, prior to the date of arrival.
