Check in times

Check-in/Check-out policy

1. The check – in and check – out timings are 14:00 hrs. / 11:00 hrs. respectively.
2. Late check – out and early check – in are subject to availability and on additional charge.
3. Early Check-in 6:00 am are billed from the previous night
4. Before 06:00 hrs. shall be charged 100% of the applicable rate.
5. Between 06:00 – 10:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of the applicable rate.
6. Between 10:00 – 14:00 hrs. without any charges but room subject to availability.

Policies & disclaimers

Cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations made before 30 days of the check in date are 100% refundable.
2. Cancellations or amendments within 30 days to the check-in date are not acceptable and non-refundable.Checkin date is not considered.
3. Bookings for the period of Public holidays and peak dates(eg: 20th dec to 5th jan) shall be Nonamendable & non Refundable.
4. Bookings made under any kind of promotional/discounts are non amendable & non refundable.
5. Upon cancellation, the advance shall be forfeited and cannot be adjusted against future or exchange bookings.
6. Incase of cancellation for a personal or circumstantial reason, the above cancellation policy shall be applicable.
7. Incase of Covid and pandemic related cancellation, refer to the Covid policies.

Security Deposit against damges: A security  deposit of Rs. 10000/- is collected from the guests at the time of check in & refunded on the day of check out upon satisfactory inspection of the villa.
